Daily Maintenance:

➢ At the beginning of the shift, the operator must perform the following operations:

➢ Checking the oil level in the lubrication tank.

➢ Cleaning of the operator and electrical panel.

➢ Whether there are oil and air leaks.

➢ Cleaning the mirror.

➢ Whether there are chips on the slides.

➢ Checking the oil level in the hydraulic tank.

➢ Hydraulic pressures.

➢ Whether the fans in the electrical panel are working or not.

➢ Whether there is any abnormal noise or vibration.

➢ Whether there is an ALARM on the screen of the control unit.

➢ Strength of the connections of the teams.

At the end of each shift, the operator must perform the following actions:

➢ Cleaning of accumulated sawdust on the bench.

➢ Wiping the dirty parts of the counter with a cloth.

Weekly Maintenance:

➢ Whether the warning lights are broken or not.

➢ Checking the hydraulic oil level.

➢ Pressure manometers.

Monthly Maintenance:

➢ Cleaning of electrical panel and air filters.

➢ Control of limit switches.

➢ Whether the button and commutator switches work.

Annual Maintenance:

➢ Spindle runout and vibration control.

➢ Parallelism and perpendicularity control of the turret body.

➢ Changing the lubrication records.

➢ Control of drill center settings.

➢ Checking the tool measuring device.

➢ Control and replacement of slide scrapers.

➢ Changing the hydraulic filter and oil.

➢ Ball screw xyz axis (Ballscrew) control.
