The name of quality Welcome to the organized CNC Maintanence world!

Maintenance: These are the works that cover the replacement of worn out parts of the relevant machinery, equipment, tools or systems, parts that are due for periodic replacement or end of life, performing operations such as lubrication and cleaning, and making adjustments in accordance with technical instructions and user manuals.

General Precautions for Maintenance:

➢ Be sure to turn off the power before maintenance. Otherwise, you may get an electric shock or an unexpected movement of the machine may cause you injury.

➢ For safety, wear safe work clothes and take your steps carefully to avoid falling down on the ground that becomes slippery with oil or coolant fluids during work.

➢ Do not touch the chips directly with your hand when cleaning them.

➢ Wear safety glasses when cleaning with compressed air or working with air pipes. Otherwise, the chips may cut your body, burn your eyes, or cause blindness.

➢ Before entering the machine, clean the areas to be pressed from sawdust, water, oil and the like.

➢ Secure a safe place to stand, otherwise you may fall to the ground and suffer serious injury.

➢ Be careful not to pinch your fingers or other parts of your body when opening and closing the doors and windows on the counter.

➢ Wear a seat belt while working on the bench. Otherwise you may stumble or fall.

➢ When filling oil or coolant, be sure to wipe off any spilled oil or coolant. Otherwise, bystanders may stumble, resulting in injuries.

Daily Maintenance:

➢ During the first startup, a 5-minute heating program should be applied to the spindle and axes.

➢ Checking the amount of liquid in the cooling unit and cleaning the chips

➢ Air pressure control

➢ Tables and surfaces should be cleaned at the end of the work.

➢ Cleaning of chips

➢ Slide bellows should be cleaned with a brush and boron oil gun.

Weekly Maintenance:

➢ Check for oil leakage in the hydraulic pump unit

➢ Control panel cooling unit control

➢ Magazine operation control

➢ Measurement of the clearance between the front cover and the spindle
